We apart of The Saving Our Generation Foundation Nonprofit will be partnering with the NAACP Lackawanna County Branch in Scranton Pennsylvania to have a book essay competition. Do you think you have what it takes to win the grand prize of $100.00? If so, join the essay competition today! However, there could only be one winner. We have unanimously selected one of the top 5 best selling books of 2026, "Burning Down Masters House" By: Clay Cain. We are seeking highly motivated, committed readers and writers with the ability to apply the concepts Mr. Cain provides in his informative book, to make real world changes in your community today. You will have a 500 - 1000 word limit that must not be exceeded. Submissions will begin March 20, 2026 and the deadline for submissions will be July 1, 2026. The winner will be announced at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders Baseball Team Event on July 26, 2026. Please read the instructions below if you are interested in joining the essay competition.
